Master Implementation Training:

This extensive program, consisting of 80 hours of theoretical learning and 40 hours of practical application, is designed to provide participants with a comprehensive understanding of the standard’s full scope and foundational elements. Over 40 hours, participants will explore critical processes related to evaluation, documentation, and assessment of implementation evidence, closely following the main and subchapters of a standard. We emphasize the importance of presenting findings, reaching consensus, and adopting a structured approach to compiling audit reports. It is essential to note that the primary responsibility of internal auditors is not to improve the management system directly but to provide valuable insights that help the auditee address findings. This training program is specifically designed for those who have completed the Master Implementation Training, and we encourage participants to take the accompanying exam to demonstrate their expertise and obtain a certificate as an internal auditor.
